MEJIA DE MORALES, and/or duly licensed Attorneys at Law of the Republic of Honduras and members of the firm BUFETE MEJIA & ASOCIADOS, so that acting jointly and separately they may appear before the competent Administrative and Judicial Authorities of Honduras to defend, prosecute and handle the registration, modification and renewal of our Industrial and Intellectual Property rights, for which purpose we authorise the said attorneys to take before the said offices and courts, all the necessary steps to said end; to file petitions, declarations and claims; to draw up specifications, to make amendments, to abandon proceedings, prove working and use of patents and marks, make amendments in all documents filed, pay all taxes and instalments and effect all other payments mandated by Law; to receive all documents and securities, giving proper receipts; to comply with all other measures which they may deem fit for the proper and complete protection of our interests.

They are also empowered to appear, both as plaintiff and defendant, before all competent Administrative Offices and Courts of the Republic of Honduras, in all oppositions, nullity actions, claims for damages, cancellation actions, unfair competition actions, giving them full power and authorisation to file declarations, briefs, claims. complaints, citations and notifications, lodge appeals and claims, refute, make arrangements, submit to arbitrators, to desist, to waive legal proceedings and in short, with all further powers as may be required; and hereby declare from now on as valid and good all that the said attorneys may do in our benefit, also giving them broad powers and faculties to substitute this power and revoke such substitutions.

Les facultamos también para que comparezcan como demandantes, demandados o terceristas ante todas las oficinas administrativas, Juzgados y Tribunales de la República de Honduras, en demandas de oposición, de nulidad, de daños y perjuicios, de cancelación, acciones de competencia desleal y otras acciones judiciales en que pudiera verse envuelta la otorgante, dandoles plenos poderes para que presenten escritos, declaraciones, querellas; testigos y toda clase de pruebas; pidan emplazamientos y citaciones, soliciten reposiciones, presenten quejas y apelaciones, puedan transar, desistir de la acción deducida, someter a arbitros, absolver posiciones, percibir; otorgandoles en fin todas las facultades que resulten necesarias, teniendo desde ahora como valido y bueno todo cuanto dichos apoderados hicieren en nuestro beneficio, dandoles facultades para sustituir este poder y revocar dichas sustituciones.
