HONDURAS SE ADHIERE AL “CONVENIO PARA
SUPRIMIR LA EXIGENCIA DE LEGALIZACION DE LOS DOCUMENTOS PUBLICOS
EXTRANJEROS” (La Apostilla)
A partir del 30 de Septiembre de 1994, Honduras se adhirió al Convenio
para Suprimir la Exigencia de Legalización de los Documentos Públicos
Extranjeros (La Apostilla). En vista de lo anterior, los documentos públicos
extendidos en el extranjero no necesitarán ser legalizados por un Consulado
Hondureño en el país de origen. El formato y la información que deban incluirse
en la apostilla son similares para todos los Estados miembros del Convenio.
HONDURAS ADHERES TO THE “CONVENTION ABOLISHING
THE REQUIREMENT OF LEGALISATION FOR FOREIGN PUBLIC DOCUMENTS” (The Apostille)
Effective
from 30 September 2004 Honduras became a member of The Convention Abolishing
the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents (The Apostille). In view of the foregoing, documents produced
abroad do not need to be legalized by a Honduran Consulate. The format and
information that must be included in the Apostille are similar for all
countries members of the Convention.
